One of three fortresses built in the hills above Šibenik, Barone Fortress offers stunning views of the city and the shimmering Adriatic. For centuries, the fortress acted as a defence for Šibenik, but today it offers you a memorable location for your conference. Crowned Croatia’s ‘Best Cultural Attraction’ in 2016, Barone Fortress today hosts meetings, conferences and other events, whether business or social. While retaining its historical features and beauty, the fortress has been recently renovated to offer modern outdoor spaces that offer beautiful vistas of the city and the sea beyond. The venue also offers an indoor area with a gastro-cultural centre offering delicious and authentic Mediterranean cuisine for guests and delegates.
