Our story starts in 1904 with a small restaurant in Benkovac. Run by our family, it became known for its genuine hospitality and close attention to detail. These values still define us today and continue to shape every aspect of our guest experience.

At the turn of the millennium, we transformed a Habsburg-era villa in central Opatija into Hotel Milenij—one of Croatia’s first 5-star luxury hotels. Restored with respect to its early 19th-century origins, it brought new life to a local landmark and became a symbol of refined coastal hospitality. Milenij set a new standard and inspired further restoration projects across the brand.

Originally developed in the 1960s as a state-owned resort, Solaris in Šibenik saw renewed momentum in the early 2000s. Following acquisition, we began a long-term process of revitalisation. Sustained investment and a focus on innovation helped evolve it into a flagship destination—one shaped by nature, rooted in place, and designed for the guest.

We brought our properties together under a single identity: Amadria Park. This marked a new chapter—one that unified our locations in Šibenik, Opatija, and the newly restored heritage hotel in Zagreb. Today, we continue to evolve with a firm commitment to quality, local character, and ideas that reflect the times and respect the places we serve.
