Experience the new Bubble Brunch at Amadria Park Hotel Capital, where the classic brunch offering is transformed into a truly sparkling experience.

Available daily from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, it’s perfect for business meetings, social gatherings with friends, or a chic midday break. The menu features a selection of creative dishes with signature names like The Bankers’ Feast or The 1923 Benedict, complemented by a coffee of your choice, a glass of premium Amadria Park Misal sparkling wine, and the dessert La Dolce Cotta.

Bubble Easter brunch:

Brioche toast, pan-toasted in butter, topped with slow-roasted ham and a poached egg, drizzled with creamy French sauce, garnished with crispy spring onions and radishes, finished with a touch of freshly grated horseradish.

Juicy roll made with select walnuts or poppy seeds, served with an aromatic orange sauce and a subtle hint of acacia honey.

The price is €25 per person and additionally includes a glass of sparkling wine as a welcome drink, as well as a small bottle of still or sparkling water.
