Experience multisensory sauna rituals inspired by the traditional German “Aufguss.” Led by an experienced sauna master, the rituals combine heat, aromatic steam, and rhythmic towel movements to invigorate body and mind. Essential oils such as birch, sage, eucalyptus, and orange purify the air, promote relaxation, improve circulation, and restore energy.

The ritual concludes with a refreshing cold plunge – a brief immersion in cold water that stimulates circulation, strengthens the immune system, and provides a sense of complete vitality and refreshment.

Sauna Ritual Schedule:
Friday and Saturday / 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Rituals take place every hour, on the hour, in different saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Turkish bath), lasting 12 to 15 minutes, guided by an experienced sauna master.
