Experience a multisensory sauna rituals inspired by the traditional German “Aufguss.” Guided by a sauna master, the rituals combines heat, aromatic steam, and rhythmic towel movements to invigorate body and mind. Essential oils such as birch, sage, eucalyptus, and orange purify the air and promote relaxation, circulation, and energy. The experience ends with a refreshing cold plunge, leaving you revitalized and deeply relaxed.

    Sauna Ritual Schedule:
    Friday and Saturday / 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    Rituals take place every hour, on the hour, in different saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Turkish bath), lasting 12 to 15 minutes, guided by an experienced sauna master.

    Terms:

    • Guests can enjoy the complementary Sauna Rituals once per stay.
